The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), are a professional wrestling tag team consisting of real-life brothers Matthew and Nicholas Massie from Southern California. They are currently signed to both New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and Ring of Honor Wrestling (ROH), while also working for various independent promotions, most notably their local federation in California Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG).

They are perhaps the most famous and ‘over’ independent wrestlers in history, known for their flashy style of outfits, high-flying moves and their excessive use of superkicks (It’s a Superkick Party!). They, along with American wrestler Luke ‘Doc’ Gallows, were the first additions to the villainous stable of foreign wrestlers known as Bullet Club after the groups founding by Irish wrestler and current WWE star Finn Balor (Prince Devitt), American wrestler ‘Machine Gun’ Karl Anderson, and Tongan wrestlers Bad Luck Fale and Tama Tonga.

They are currently in their record seventh reign as the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions and first reign as the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions alongside Bullet Club stablemate Adam Page. Previous championships include three reigns as ROH World Tag Team Champions and two reigns as NJPW’s NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champions (with Bullet Club teammate Kenny Omega together as The ELITE).

On the independent circuit, they have won numerous titles as well, including four reigns as PWG World Tag Team Champions as well as being the only team to win the PWG Dynamite Duumvirate Tag Team Title Tournament on three separate occasions (2009, 2011, and 2013).

On two occasions, first in 2014 and again in 2016, they held the ROH World, PWG World, and IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships simultaneously. They were the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Tag Team of the Year for three straight years (2014-2016) as well as most recently being named Pro Wrestling Illustrated Tag Team of the Year (2017).

For more Young Bucks action check out their YouTube show – Being The Elite. Being the Elite debuted on YouTube in May 2016 and has since aired once or twice weekly. The show is a video journal of The ELITE’s life on the road and includes skits and storyline developments involving both The ELITE and Bullet Club.
